Recently I made a delicious chocolate and coffee dessert! An espresso chocolate mousse pie turned out to be a hit with all my friends!
For this recipe you'll need:
graham crackers crumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter
Chocolate mousse packet
1/2 cup cold espresso
1/2 cup milk (I used soy milk for this recipe)

If you don't have graham cracker crumbs, crush about 16 crackers. Pour the melted butter on the crumbs, then press into a pie pan and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
Whisk the mousse, espresso, & milk together until thick. Pour into cool pie crust.
Refrigerate the pie for an hour. Top with whipped cream as you desire.
